Common Tasks

Getting Started

  1. Import products (Shopify, WooCommerce, or any webstore via CSV/manual/automatic import)
  2. Optionally add competitor stores on the Competitors tab (or paste product URLs on a product profile)
  3. Configure discovery (auto-discovery or a one-time run)
  4. Set product status (Watch or Watch & Reprice)
  5. Optionally add more alert rules (a default is already created)
  6. Set up pricing rules

Daily Workflow

  1. Review market position
  2. Review alerted products (filter by alert rule if needed)
  3. Confirm unconfirmed competitors in Needs action
  4. Monitor competitor prices
  5. Adjust prices if needed

Setting Up Automation

Key Concepts

Product Statuses

  • Draft: Not monitored
  • Watch: Monitored, no auto-update
  • Watch & Reprice: Monitored and auto-updated

Market Position

  • Super Cheap: 20%+ below market
  • Cheaper: 5-20% below market
  • On Par: ±5% of market
  • Expensive: 5-20% above market
  • More Expensive: 20%+ above market

Note: adjustable in settings.

Supported Platforms: Shopify, WooCommerce, any webstore via CSV/manual/automatic import

Update Frequencies

  • 24 hours: Once per day (default)
  • 12 hours: Twice per day (subscription)
  • 6 hours: Four times per day (subscription)

App Navigation

The application has eight main tabs:

  1. Products — manage products, competitors on each product, and market stats
  2. Competitors — competitor stores, discovery overview, auto-discovery, and one-time discovery
  3. Alert Rules — configure price change notifications
  4. Pricing Rules — set up automated pricing
  5. Settings — configure preferences and safeguards
  6. Manage my plan — subscription and billing
  7. Help — in-app documentation index linking to these guides
  8. Feature voting — submit and vote on product improvements
