Getting Started

Key Concepts

Product Statuses

  • Draft: Not monitored
  • Watch: Monitored, no auto-update
  • Watch & Reprice: Monitored and auto-updated

Market Position

  • Super Cheap: 20%+ below market
  • Cheaper: 5-20% below market
  • On Par: ±5% of market
  • Expensive: 5-20% above market
  • More Expensive: 20%+ above market

Note: adjustable in settings.

Supported Platforms: Shopify, WooCommerce, any webstore via CSV/manual/automatic import

Update Frequencies

  • 24 hours: Once per day (default)
  • 12 hours: Twice per day (subscription)
  • 6 hours: Four times per day (subscription)

App Navigation

The application has seven main tabs:

  1. Products — manage products, competitors, and market stats
  2. Alert Rules — configure price change notifications
  3. Pricing Rules — set up automated pricing
  4. Settings — configure preferences and safeguards
  5. Manage my plan — subscription and billing
